Refund & Return Policy

At Utsav Furnishing & Mattresses, we ensure that every product is crafted with care and delivered with quality checks. However, please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully:

Refunds

• Advance payments are non-refundable.
• Refunds are not applicable once an order has been placed and processed.

Returns

• Since our products are often custom-made, returns are not accepted after delivery.
• Only in the case of a wrong or defective product delivered (verified at the time of delivery) will a replacement be considered.

Replacement Conditions

• Report the issue immediately at the time of delivery.
• Products must be unused and in original condition.
• Replacement eligibility will be at the sole discretion of Utsav Furnishing & Mattresses.
